In every issue, we will zoom in on a couple of events, which will be covered in a bit more depth and detail; both in order to allow you to become familiar with the many new formats; to highlight events we think are particularly timely or to spread the word about new ConnectMinds group launches. This time we feature the upcoming ANYWHERE session titled “Measuring impact; are you measuring what really matters?” and the launches of two new groups; a “Leading with a Digital Mindset” group in Toronto and an “Employee Experience” group in Copenhagen - with all activities running in Danish.

Measuring Impact - are you measuring what really matters?

In this ANYWHERE session, we will discuss how to identify what really matters when it comes to measurement and insights - and how to leverage all the data your tools generate.
We will be joined by Cai Kjaer, CEO at SWOOP Analytics. SWOOP specialise in analytics for employee-focused digital workplace tools and has deep knowledge of how to turn the data into actionable insights.

This holistic approach allows us to examine and explore member questions, projects and opportunities from all sides.
We challenge ineffective work practices and bad habits. We identify pain points and explore ways of improving the status quo behind the scenes; all with a view to learn faster together, work smarter and deliver a better all-round employee experience.
