Agenda for the 10th December 2019
Last time out…
Intrapreneurship, purpose, and podcasting
Heather McClellan will be joining us for the day, taking us through re-framing what’s happening with a team, and how you measure success to allow for more creativity and innovation. We’ll touch on infinite game framing, rapid prototyping, and ways of being as an intrapreneur. Have you considered running your team like a startup?
Phuong will come back to the group (🙌) and she’ll be giving us the story behind internal podcasting at Freddie Mac.
Jean-Charles from World Bank Group will share his views on team design and development.
