We’ll be empathising with authors, and taking a practical look at how we can improve engagement with the people we rely on.
Thank you to Sarah DiPasquale for both hosting us, and also presenting on the key challenges that content authors and managers face in her organisation.
We’ll follow this discussion with a 2-part dive into the author experience. Kristy Hashemi will channel her UX skills with the group and lead us through a series of processes, including a gallery walk, journey map, and then turning our insights into actions.
