What’s it about?

Disconnected Minds is a new podcast in which we discuss the dilemmas rummaging in your mind, but are difficult to discuss with anyone.

In engaged discussion, open minds defy seemingly dead ends and help you untangle your most difficult dilemmas.

Focus

Are you grappling with a dilemma that is not strictly or exclusively about work, ditto about your life outside of work? Something that is bothering you; something in the mirky territory between work and your private life?

Is there an aspect of the evolving hybrid workplace that simply doesn’t work for you? Do you have an awkward or slightly precarious situation concerning something or someone at work, which you don’t feel you can really discuss with anyone?

If the answer to any one of those questions is yes, then this podcast is for you.

Share your dilemma

-and in return you get different perspectives and views, entirely impartial advice and input from people who understand you, but don’t have a stake in your situation. And you can remain entirely anonymous.

NOTE

You can remain anonymous. Even if you let us know who you are, so we can get back to you, we won’t share your identity with anyone.

If you’d like to discuss your dilemma in confidence, you can always book a time to talk it through:

Format

3 different panels consisting of

3 unbiased ConnectMinds members discuss

3 dilemmas submitted by

3 [typically anonymous] ConnectMinds members in

3 different cities in

3 different countries.

What will you hear?

Each dilemma will be crunched, digested and discussed in three different contexts by fellow ConnectMinds members who don’t know you, but whose background and experience means they are likely to be able to relate to your dilemma.

Their immediate thoughts from the discussions in their respective contexts will provide different perspectives; different angles and ways of looking at your dilemma - which might just equip you to untangle it.

Try it; there is lots to gain and nothing to lose!
