Making new connections across an organisation full of historical divides takes a high level of trust - on many levels: trust in the potential new connections and their usefulness to you; trust in leaders and you have to trust it all to be worth your time
How can we support leaders in instilling a ”culture of trust”?
And subsequently build on this and evolve a "culture of connectedness"; one where people feel connected to each other in a hybrid environment? And what roles should HR, IT and Communication play respectively in helping the business succeed with this?

How do we develop a new model or framework for measuring the impact of the digital setup and endeavours?
A framework that doesn’t just report the raw data from analytics tools, but provides actionable insights and does so using references that makes sense to the business?

We have spent years trying to map out the “journeys” of first customers and most recently our colleagues. The journeys we ‘ve come up with invariably reflect what we think they should do and how they should behave in our ecosystem - but the hard lesson has been that they all misbehave… We cannot identify, let alone control is their chosen journey to the destination. What we can identify are ”the moments that matter” and a thing we can control are the various “touch points” they have to interact with to get there. How do we best leverage those to improve the employee experience?
